Micron Technology today announced its first line of PCI Express (PCIe) solid-state drives (SSDs) aimed at enterprise-class data centers with up to 700GB capacity and 3GBps throughput.
Micron initially revealed the new RealSSD P320h at SNW in May. The drive is expected to ship in the third quarter of this year.
