Costa Concordia captain shifts blame, unclear who caused disaster
The captain of the ill-fated Italian liner the Costa Concordia has told prosecutors that he was ordered to perform the maneuver that resulted in the capsizing of the ship and the deaths of an undetermined number of passengers and crew.
