Government Tightens Regulations On Commercial Bail
The bail bonds industry is one which is regulated by multiple facets of government. A bail bonds agent must abide by state and federal laws as well as work within financial institutions to provide their services. Recently state governments have began writing stricter legislation for the commercial bail industry.
